Work with other teams to establish a strong foundation of data warehouse
Prepare the management and regulatory reports with quality and within the predefined schedule
Prepare regular and ad hoc data analysis and reports for Management's review and action
Assist the manager on the transformation process of report automation
Follow through the results of data governance model and plan for the improvement needs on various internal system to improve the data quality in the long run
Develop internal reporting tools such as Power BI for efficient reporting and portfolio monitoring
Prepare UAT scenario & UAT plan on the development of new Tableau data mart
Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Qualifications / Requirements*
The Person:
University graduate
3 years’ experience in life insurance sector and with strong knowledge on life insurance operations
1 years’ experience relating to data analytics, statistical modelling and reporting
Familiar with data visualization tools. (e.g. Tableau, Power BI etc.)
Good analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
Strong command of both spoken and written Chinese & English
Proactive, self-motivated, a committed team player and able to work under pressure
Advanced skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint, knowledge of Python a plus
Team player but capable to work independently with minimum supervision
