岗位职责
1、使用cocos creator引擎开发游戏；
2、负责游戏玩法开发、性能调优等工作；
3、参与游戏玩法设计和讨论，技术可行性分析；
4、负责底层业务封装，提高整体的研发效率；
5、参与技术的团队管理和工作分配，保证开发进度和质量。
任职要求：
1、全日制本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，有5年以上的游戏开发经验；
2、有性能优化经验，并且有产品上线验证经验；
3、有较强的沟通与协调能力者，并且有2年以上技术团队管理经验；
4、有cocoscreator开发性能优化经验者优先；
5、热爱游戏行业，抗压能力强，有较强的学习能力和理解能力，勇于接受挑战，有钻研精神。
