Your Tasks:
- Understand customer’s requests and make proper product proposal to meet them.
- Deliver the mechanical design concept and solution with the proper material.
- Undertake detailed design of mechanical parts including ECU housing, cover, connector, PCB, etc.
- Conduct DFMEA for mechanical design and find a solution to mitigate these risks.
- Perform tolerance stack-up analysis to ensure product assembly capability
- Release documents for validation, prototype and production
- Cooperate with commodity and application to find Connector for new project development.
- Support manufacturing engineer on assembling flow chart and optimize design.
- Support supplier tooling and production line development
- Analyze ACU transmission ability report, and accordingly optimize our design.
Your Profile:
- Major in Mechanical engineering, Bachelor or above
- 3 years’ Experience with automotive electrical control unit production, airbag control unit is preferred.
- Catia capability. FMEA experience is preferred
- Experience on plastic injection mould and stamping die
- Strong communication, coordination and interpersonal skills
- CET6 or equivalent is preferred, Spoken and reading and written English is needed
- Skilled use of office software
- Strong timing management consciousness.
