JOB DESCRIPTION:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Conducting market analysis, seeking and identifying business opportunities for power
management IC products
- Understanding customers’ current and future needs and market trends to create new
product specifications and define product roadmaps
- Engaging with customers, partners and internal teams to ensure successful product
development, integration and application
- Managing product development progress to drive on-time, high-quality sample delivery
and product launch
- Supporting customer interactions, and converting design-in to design-win for financial
success
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Power Electronics, Electrical Engineering or
Electronics discipline
- 8+ years of experience in product marketing related position at power IC company
- Prior work experience in power semiconductor design or application validation tasks
- Proven track record of defining and delivering successful power IC products to market
- Solid understanding of power electronics knowledge including power topologies,
control theory and control mode; and familiarity with power semiconductor products,
such as controller, power stage, point of load converter, switches, etc
- Ability to build good relationship with customers and partners, and make effective
collaboration with internal teams
- Self-driven, excellent communication and presentation skills, fluent in English, and
willingness to travel as necessary
