Main accountabilities:
1. Evaluation of mold designs.
2. Assign, design and implement mold changes.
3. Support / create DFM (Design for Manufacturing).
4. Support / create mold specification.
5. Support / create mold concepts.
6. Responsible for data management (molds), especially in AGILE, CAD, SAP.
7. Support mold standards at headquarter and make sure that they are adhered to.
8. Strong collaboration with Mold Management.
9. Support trouble analysis.
10. Collaborate with other teams (development, sampling, process optimization molds).
11. Support simulations.
12. Support further development of mold standards and mold design guide line.
13. Support article optimizations with headquarter.
14. Consideration of business management aspects, cost thinking.
15. Creation of mold designs, connection diagrams (electrical, water, handling).
16. Creation of part list (BOM).
17. Ensure compliance with laws and regulations regarding environmental protection, fire prevention as well as occupational health and safety.
18. Safety Responsibilities: To follow strictly the company and ESH regulations and operational procedures. To receive safety production education and training activities. To report the Incident and risks to manager or ESH manager whatever it is serious or not. To stop any unsafe behavior.
Desired experience and qualifications:
1. More than 6 years for injection mold design. Experience in Europe enterprise is plus. Knowledge in adhesive industry mold like cartridge & piston & mixer product. Knowledge in Beauty mold like mascara & gloss lip product.
2. Familiar to UG software. Good knowledge for injection Mold design. Good knowledge for injection Mold repair & Maintenance. Good knowledge for Mold manufacturing.
3. Education: Bachelor's degree and above, major in mechanical and mold engineering is preferred.
4. Good at oral and written English.
5. Strong communication and coordination skills.
