工作职责:
1.根据项目需求，进行游戏程序设计及开发工作并给出解决方案；
2.对线上游戏IOS、Android等平台进行性能优化；
3.Cocos Creator项目引擎插件开发和相关工具支持；
任职资格:
1. 计算机相关专业本科学历及以上；
2. 5年以上CocosCreator相关实际开发经验，至少完整参与过一款中重度上线游戏项目；
3. 熟悉JavaScript/Typescript,良好的面向对象设计、分析能力，规范的编程风格；
4. 有扎实的编程基础和算法基础，精通常用的数据结构和算法；
5. 熟悉Cocos Creator引擎源码机制；
5. 对游戏资源优化、内存及性能优化、代码混淆有很深入的研究；
6. 擅长Android和IOS平台的性能优化；
7. 熟悉H5、Android、IOS等平台SDK功能对接；
7. 善于沟通，有责任心和团队合作意识；
8. 热衷于钻研技术，工作踏实认真，责任心强，抗压能力强。
