工作职责:
1. Responsible for the daily maintenance, repair and troubleshooting of production equipment, automation equipment, etc.;
负责生产设备、自动化设备等的日常维护、保养和故障处理；
2. Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans to reduce unplanned downtime;
制定并执行预防性维护计划，减少非计划停机时间；
3. Participate in equipment installation, commissioning and technical transformation, assist in the optimization of equipment performance, improve production efficiency;
参与设备安装、调试及技术改造，协助优化设备性能，提升生产效率；
4. Record equipment operating data, prepare maintenance reports and documents;
记录设备运行数据，编写维护报告和文档；
5. According to TPM management procedures, maintain and manage workshop equipment and tooling, and respond to customer and system standardization audits;
根据TPM管理程序，对车间设备及工装进行维护管理，并应对客户以及体系标准化审核；
6. Manage third-party maintenance vendors, reduce equipment downtime as much as possible, and ensure the safe and normal operation of production equipment;
管理第三方维修供应商，尽可能降低设备停机率，保证生产设备安全、正常运行；
7. Take the initiative to understand the production operation of the workshop and be able to participate in the production management work;
主动了解车间生产运行并能够参与到生产管理工作中；
任职资格:
1. Bachelor degree or above, electrical automation, mechatronics and other related majors are preferred;
本科及以上学历，电气自动化，机电一体化等相关专业优先；
2. More than 3 years of manufacturing equipment maintenance related work experience, understanding of the TPM management program;
三年以上制造业设备维护相关工作经验，了解TPM管理程序；
3. Familiar with PLC, human-machine interface, electrical control systems, etc., and be able to read the mechanical
and electrical drawings;
熟悉PLC，人机界面，电气控制系统等，能够阅读机械、电气图纸；
4. Have the ability to diagnose equipment faults as well as be able to independently repair mechanical and electrical failures;
具备设备故障诊断能力以及能够独立维修机械及电气故障；
5. Strong resistance to pressure, strong sense of responsibility, good communication and coordination skills Good communication and coordination skills and teamwork spirit;
抗压力强，责任心强，良好的沟通协调能力与团队合作精神；
6. Able to adapt to shift work, electrician license is preferred;
能适应倒班，有电工证者优先；
7. Able to communicate normally with foreign third party suppliers in English.
