工作职责:
As an RD PIE/Device engineer, you will play a pivotal role in the development and optimization of advanced semiconductor technology nodes. This position encompasses defining transistor architecture and design building blocks, as well as creating a manufacturable process flow for thorough evaluation and iterative enhancements. The responsibility also includes designing and implementing test structures to assess device performance and identify process limitations. The ultimate objective is to deliver a high-performance, cost-effective semiconductor technology that meets strict requirements for power, performance, area-per-function, and manufacturing efficiency. Continuous improvement inline yield and addressing sort yield excursions are integral to the role.
