3D动作设计师
工作职责：
1、独立完成绑定，角色动画制作；
2、负责与程序策划沟通需求，制定动作技术方案，并保持沟通顺畅；
3、积极参与其他美术专业沟通，保证动画制作方案最终还原设计效果。
任职资格：
1、5年以上游戏行业从业经验，能熟练使用3D相关软件，能够熟练使用Unity；
2、沟通能力强，能够快速对修改建议进行分析和修改；
3、对模型和特效有一定的理解能力，模型要对布线有一定的理解和修改能力；
4、对动画节奏把握准确，根据描述能够做出正确和有特色的动作设计。
加分项：有影视动画相关工作经验。
