工作职责：
1、负责项目展示动画和局内玩法动画的故事版、分镜设计和动画实现跟进；
2、根据不同角色，设计镜头编排和动画节奏；
3、与策划、美术沟通配合，完善设计方案。
任职要求：
1、需有动画行业从业经历，从事过动画导演分镜的工作；
2、有较好的沟通协调及表达能力；有推进及解决问题的意识和能力；
3、了解3D动画制作流程，对3d动画实现具备一定认知；能使用ae或者其他后期软件快速剪辑方案；
4、具备较强的学习能力，擅长使用Photoshop、Sai、CSP等绘图相关软件；
5、有团队协作精神，责任心强，能承受工作压力。
