Job Responsibilities:
1. Assist the Director for campaign planning, proposal drafting & presentation meetings
2. Responsible for media plan preparations, strategically and efficiently
3. Responsible for media campaign monitoring & performance tracking, need to have the ability to identify & solve problems on a timely manner
4. Manage internal team members’ workload & train up junior planners
5. Manage internal requests, such as spending tracking & billing issues
6. Maintaining good relationship with key client contacts
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree
2. 3-5 years of experience in media agency with strong digital background
3. Excellent written in English and verbal communication and presentation skills
4. Ability to work successfully with teams, handling multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines under pressure
5. Strong relationship building skills which include maintaining positive client relationships
6. Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
7. Strong analytical abilities and quantitative skills, including math proficiency
8. Ability to effectively utilize media research and reporting resources
9. Technical proficiency, particularly with media systems (iResearch/CNRS) and MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
