We are looking for an experienced ADAS System Engineer responsible for the requirement development, system architecture design, and system integration verification of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS). You will participate as a core member in the full lifecycle development of ADAS functionalities, ensuring the system meets vehicle functional safety and performance requirements, and collaborate with cross-departmental teams to drive the implementation.

Your tasks
Requirement Development and Management
Define functional requirements, create, review, and maintain requirement documents (functional specifications, system requirements) to ensure clarity and traceability.
Define system architecture and interfaces, coordinate alignment of stakeholders’ requirements.
Assist in the requirement release process (initial release, requirement change release), track change impacts and drive closure.
System Integration and Verification
Develop ADAS integration test cases, covering interaction interfaces and handshake logic.
Lead vehicle functional integration verification, analyze test data and identify issues.
Collaborate with suppliers and system components to resolve system-level defects, ensuring functionality meets design objectives.
Cross Department Collaboration
Communicate efficiently with OEMs, suppliers, system components, and project teams to drive the implementation of technical solutions.
Support engineering prototype debugging and issue troubleshooting before mass production.
Internal Platform Development
Develop ADAS development process framework, create requirement document templates.
Establish a knowledge base as reusable assets.
Build a digital writing platform.
岗位职责
需求开发与管理
定义功能需求，编写、评审和维护需求文档（功能规范、系统需求），确保需求清晰、可追溯；
定义系统架构及接口，协调上下游需求对齐；
协助需求发布流程（初次发布、需求变更发布），跟踪变更影响并推动闭环。
系统集成与验证
制定ADAS集成测试用例，覆盖交互接口及握手逻辑；
主导实车功能集成验证，分析测试数据并定位问题；
协同供应商、系统关联件解决系统级缺陷，确保功能符合设计目标。
跨部门协作
与整车厂、供应商、系统关联件及项目团队高效沟通，推动技术方案落地；
支持量产前的工程样车调试及问题排查。
内部平台搭建
制定ADAS开发流程框架， 制定需求文档模板；
建立知识库作为可复用资产；
搭建数字化协作平台。
Your skills
Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automotive Engineering, or other related fields;
5 years or more of experience in mass production projects in the development of ADAS functions or related areas (sensor technology, human-machine interface, vehicle actuator control, verification);
Familiar with Vector tools and programming (such as CANoe/CANape, C/C++, ADTF, Python, Matlab, Simulink), requirements engineering and MBSE (such as DOORS, codeBeamer, EA, Cameo, Rhapsody), as well as simulation tools (such as CarMaker, VTD, Carsim);
Fluent in both Chinese and English reading and writing, German language skills are a plus;
Driver license (better with VW or other prototype license).
Knowledge of functional safety and ASPICE or project management experience is preferred;
Soft Skills & Attitude: Self-reliant, structured, and results-oriented working style and team spirit.

5年及以上驾驶辅助系统功能开发或相关领域（传感器技术、人机界面、车辆执行器控制、验证）的量产项目经验；
熟悉Vector工具和编程（如CANoe/CANape、C/C++、ADTF、Python、Matlab、Simulink），需求工程和MBSE（如DOORS、codeBeamer、EA、Cameo、Rhapsody），以及仿真工具（如CarMaker、VTD、Carsim）；
具备流利的中英文读写能力，有德语能力者优先考虑；
持有驾驶执照（大众或其他驾驶执照）；
具有功能安全和ASPICE知识或项目管理经验者优先；
具备独立自主、条理清晰及结果导向的工作方式及团队精神。
