Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced AI professional to drive the design, development, and delivery of generative AI solutions for enterprise clients. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise with strong product sense and client-facing capabilities, enabling them to lead AI projects from concept to commercialization in a cross-functional environment.

Core Responsibilities
• Lead the end-to-end architecture and implementation of generative AI systems, including RAG pipelines, AI agents, chatbots, content generation, and automation tools.
• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to identify AI opportunities, define use cases, and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Design and deploy scalable AI solutions on cloud platforms (Azure preferred), incorporating best practices in MLOps, security, and compliance.
• Drive pre-sales activities such as client workshops, solution demoing, proposal development, and technical presentations.
• Manage project delivery using Agile/Scrum methodologies, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Establish AI governance frameworks (e.g., bias monitoring, model explainability, data privacy) to support responsible AI adoption.
• Stay current with emerging AI technologies (e.g., multimodality, agentic AI, fine-tuning techniques) and evaluate their applicability to business challenges.

Technical Skills
• Proficiency in Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, Hugging Face, OpenAI API, LangChain, LlamaIndex, and vector databases.
• Hands-on experience with LLM fine-tuning, RAG, prompt engineering, and AI agent design.
• Strong familiarity with cloud AI services (Azure AI, AWS SageMaker, GCP Vertex AI) and DevOps tools (Azure DevOps, JIRA, Docker).
• Experience with API integration, data pipeline design, and model deployment.
• Knowledge of AI governance, model monitoring, and compliance standards (e.g., ISO 42001) is a plus.

Experience Requirements
• 3+ years in AI/ML engineering, data science, or AI product development, with at least 2 years focused on generative AI.
• Proven track record of leading end-to-end AI projects in enterprise settings (B2B preferred).
• Experience in pre-sales, client consulting, or solution architecture is highly desirable.
• Background in finance, retail, healthcare, or compliance-driven industries is advantageous.
• Published research papers, patents, or open-source contributions in AI/ML are a bonus.
