1、Responsible for LIMS Starlims functional solutions to meet the needs of the Business/Global Process Owner (GPO) Team
2、Understand business workflows and requirements and relate to product capabilities and document/update solution design
3、Review validity and completeness with GPO/Rollout team prior to translation into functional software design documents & User Stories implementation
4、Maintain a deep understanding of the STARLIMS Product capabilities and articulate proper use of the existing functionalities to the Users to encourage usage and minimize changes (in collaboration with GPO&Rollout)
5、In collaboration with the Functional Lead, support creation of RFP SOW / work packages for LIMS Partners and manage vendor/partner accordingly
6、Influence what features of the product will be used, added or deferred
7、Maintain Global consistency across all Business Lines, Regions, and Labs
8、Contribute to Roadmap Vision and Strategy
9、Ensure efficient cooperation with other team members (development, testing, reporting)
10、Report any business issues to the Functional Lead and help define mitigation plans
职位要求：
1、 Graduate Level of studies and/or Post-Secondary Education in Computer Science, Biology/Chemi, Business, Engineering or related subject
2、 Minimum 5 years of Functional Solution Analysis experience within the context of application development & implementation projects in STARLIMS technology
3、 Experience with lab processes
4、 Good knowledge & experience in Vendor Management
5、 Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills to explain and convince in a cross-functional team set up
6、 Analytical thinking: a structured and logical approach and problem-solving skills
7、 Autonomous, result oriented and self-motivated
8、 International exposure and flexibility to travel occasionally
9、 Fluent in English (verbal and written)
10、Knowledge of LIMS solutions (Labvantage, G6, Starlims or other) and/or lab business process experience of comparable industry (like pharma,…)
11、Knowledge of Software application & Project Methodology (Scrum-Agile-PMP-Prince)
