IT相关专业毕业；粤语流利；英语读写流利，CET-4/6，口语加分；BA经验1年+；熟悉SDLC和 BA流程；presentation skill；项目管理基础经验；做过AI项目BA加分
Roles and Responsibilities:
l Assessing, analyzing user requirements and establishing system objectives
l Designing the system functional solution and providing its delivery cost
l Prepare system documentation, e.g. functional specification, system testing plan and User manual, etc.
l Support the communication within business parties and development team
l Work with developers to support end user acceptance testing.
l Work with Project Manager to control and follow-up User requirement change.
l Work with business parties to confirm delivery schedule and follow up the system implementation.
l Conduct system demonstration while needed.
l Conduct User training while needed
l Work as junior BA’s mentor
Minimum Job Requirements:
-Moderate BA experience (>= 3 years full time BA) and skills in new projects and in BAU enhancements
-Moderate presentation skills
-Good understanding of SDLC and BA process
-Able to adopt English working environment
-Good English written skills
-Good Cantonese listening /Speaking skills
-Basic Project management skills
Nice to have:
-Good English spoken skills
-Moderate PPT skills
-Insurance BA experience
-Financial BA experience if not in insurance
