State Street Alpha Cash hub Data Integration is seeking a versatile individual with strong business analysis skills for development and support of services and product offerings. The successful candidate must possess skill in complex business analysis with expertise in functional requirements gathering and documentation; excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills; a proven ability to liaise between business/implementation and technology teams specializing in Front Office, Middle Office & IBOR; and strong collaboration skills

What you will be responsible for
The resources will focus on cash hub implementation of alpha clients, Their responsibilities include –
1.Communicate with client facing implementation team to understand client requirements and be able to analyze and assess if these requirements can be supported by existing functionalities or developments are needed.
2.Cash hub end to end environment standup- integration with front and middle office systems.
3.End to end functionality testing , client use case testing and timely provide feedback to developers
4.Keep up to date with cash product enhancements and alleviate a lot of the queries of existing product (business & technical) functionality from the cash services product team
5.Run meetings/workshops to explain and walk through business requirements/ Demo Solutions
6.Support Ops team for technical /system issue resolutions
What we value
These skills will help you succeed in this role
1.Bachelor’s degree with minimum of 5 years’ experience in Financial industry - investment operations, project management, client implementation and/or business analysis
2.Experience with designing new solutions by analyzing requirements, studying system capabilities, and writing specifications
3.Hands on experience with trading systems including upstream and downstream applications is preferred.
4.Excellent time management and organization skills, with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities
5.Strong English Communication skill, written and oral
6.Strong data analysis skill is required
7.Strong SQL knowledge is preferred
8.Strong Microsoft Office skills including: PowerPoint, Excel (including Power Query, Power Pivot), Word and Visio
Additional requirements
1.Flexible working hours is required (i.e. frequent late shift to accommodate US hours (till 11pm), weekend working and extended hours on occasion, linked to client assignments and project deadlines.)- Nonnegotiable
2.Candidate must be self-motivated postive, adaptable and show initiative.
