1. Sustaining laboratory operations through
- Supporting product testing during peak season.
- Being the first point of contact for all test software related issues.
- Carrying out preventive & reactive maintenance for all equipment.
- Supporting audit for external certification.
- Ensuring equipment list is constantly up to date.
2. Driving part of test equipment development
- Evaluating different test methodologies then bring method to maturity.
- By writing test programs to enable function or automate test process.
- Integrating test systems.
3. Driving part of improvement activities relating to productivity, accuracy and efficiency.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:
• At least a bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• A minimum 3 years of experience in
o engineering and/or automation environment.
o operating and maintaining non-standard test equipment.
o automating test process or equipment in whole or in part.
o executing product testing in accordance with internal/external requirements.
o writing or reviewing product test reports.
o performing failure analysis to a product and/or test equipment.
Preferably to have experience in
• Non-standard test equipment development.
• Basic software programming with PLC, Labview, Python, C++, etc.
• Statistical process control tool via software such as minitab or similar.
• Participated or supported in ISO9001 and/or ISO13485 certification process.
