岗位描述/Department Mission：
To support leading of the cell & module/stack projects in terms of technical development and quality fulfillment to secure the self-fully-responsible releases milestone for VW group NEV vehicle SOP in region China. Pushing toward the direction of change and speed-up for VW group strategy with technical project management and steering.
主要责任/Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for the described scope and described task for the support of technical project management for VW group NEV projects in the region of China:
• Support TPM to regularly track cell & module/stack overall timeline and deliverables (TE & Q) to secure vehicle SOP.
• Support on the taskforce for escalation topics and find resource/support from TL and headquarter.
• Support on the preparation for escalation topics and join project related mgmt./SE/escalation committee.
• Support on the milestone review and Lessons Learn summary to ensure transfer for the projects.
• Support on the optimization of project management process.
岗位要求/Required Qualification:
• Master degree in engineering subjects, preferred chemistry, chemical, electrical or mechanical engineering.
• 5 years+ experience in project management in automotive industry with background of HV battery/cellmodule/cell projects.
• Working experience of cell/module/battery on electrical or mechanical design is needed.
• Overview for HV cellmodule/cell suppliers in NEV market and supplier management capability.
Knowledge, skills and abilities：

• Strong negotiation skill to achieve WIN-WIN solutions with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong presentation skills with clear logic and strong summary skills.
