• Define and implement group strategy and program, ensure long-term vision and roadmap development.
• Ensure cross functional collaboration, lead alignment and ensures successfully program development.
• Serve as role model and inspire others – Challenge, mobilize and champion improvement. Team engagement, drive R&D efficiency and manage programs within agreed budgets.
• Lead creation of the architectures for products, in view of competition and industrial technology development.
• Develop solution inline with business priority, provide a technically feasible solution with stakeholder alignment, define and lead integrating decision making in agile way.

• 5+ years R&D management in lighting, IOT, consumer electronics, strong prefer experience in E-commerce success both domestic and oversea.
• 5+ years expertise in design and architecting products or system in consumer electronics domain.
• Experience of working in multi-functional innovation program meeting stretched objective-ability.
• Electronic, computer background is preferred, fluent English speaking and writing.
