1. 全面负责公司在 Instagram、Facebook、TikTok 等国际社交平台的内容策划、发布与日常运营,聚焦 香港、新加坡、马来西亚、美国、加拿大 等核心市场,提升品牌国际曝光与影响力。Manage content strategy, publishing, and daily operations on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, focusing on Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, the U.S., and Canada to elevate brand visibility and engagement.
2. 基于目标市场用户习惯与文化趋势,独立策划并产出高质量英文内容(图文、短视频、互动话题等),确保内容兼具创意与传播力。Plan and produce high-impact, culturally relevant English content (posts, short videos, interactive topics) that aligns with market preferences and drives engagement.
3. 以数据为导向,持续追踪平台表现、用户行为与流量结构,定期复盘并优化内容策略,实现 粉丝增长、互动率提升与转化率优化。Track and analyze performance data to assess content effectiveness and user behavior; optimize strategies to achieve measurable growth in followers, engagement, and conversion metrics.
4. 与品牌、设计、教务及海外校区等跨部门团队高效协作,确保内容输出与整体品牌战略保持一致。Collaborate cross-functionally with brand, design, and regional campus teams to ensure content consistency and strategic alignment.
5. 主动洞察海外社交媒体新趋势与平台机制,结合热点制定创新传播方案,提升品牌声量与内容影响力。Stay ahead of emerging social media trends and algorithms, leveraging hot topics to create innovative, trend-driven campaigns that strengthen brand influence.
6. 参与部分海外市场活动的线上宣传与线下落地执行,展现出良好的跨文化沟通与项目管理能力。Support online and offline marketing initiatives in overseas markets, demonstrating strong cross-cultural communication and project management skills.
7. 支持销售与营销团队,制作具有高转化率的广告内容,实现品牌曝光与业绩增长的闭环。Partner with sales and marketing teams to create conversion-focused ad content, driving qualified leads and measurable business outcomes.
【任职要求 / Requirements】
1. 英语流利,具备出色的英文写作、表达与内容创意能力,能独立完成中英文内容策划与执行。Fluent in English with exceptional writing and creative communication skills; capable of producing bilingual content independently.
2. 拥有英语国家留学或长期工作经历,对多元文化、国际用户心理及社交习惯有深刻洞察。Overseas study or work experience in English-speaking countries, with deep insight into multicultural user behavior and global media habits.
3. 本科及以上学历,市场营销、传媒、新闻、广告等专业优先。Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Media, Communications, or Journalism.
4. 至少 1 年以上海外新媒体运营或相关岗位经验,熟悉社交平台算法与增长机制。Minimum 1 year of experience in international social media operations or related roles, with a strong grasp of platform algorithms and growth tactics.
5. 数据敏感度高,能够基于指标分析内容表现与用户路径,优化内容策略。Highly data-driven, skilled in analyzing key metrics to refine content strategy and improve audience targeting.
6. 具备强烈的责任心与结果导向思维,愿意为内容成效与品牌增长负责。Strong sense of ownership and accountability, with a results-oriented mindset focused on growth and measurable impact.
7. 热爱新媒体与品牌传播,富有创意思维与实验精神,愿意不断探索创新内容形式。Passionate about social media storytelling and brand communication, with a creative and experimental mindset.
8. 熟悉主流 AI 内容创作与效率工具(如 ChatGPT、Midjourney、Canva AI等),能将工具高效融入工作流程。Familiar with AI-powered content creation and productivity tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, Notion, Canva AI, Runway, CapCut AI), and able to integrate them effectively into daily workflows.
9. 能接受偶尔海外出差,适应多市场、多文化的工作环境。Willing to travel internationally occasionally and adapt to fast-paced, multicultural environments.
