岗位职责
1.配合产品经理及工程师团队收集和评估用户需求;
2.跨平台(web,移动,Email)的全球用户提供简洁合理的操作流程和交互设计;
3.面对高级消费者领袖以及CMO能够简明扼要的阐述设计原则、原型以及演示文稿;
4. 能够及时收集并给予其他设计师和跨学科伙伴相关反馈;
5. 制作原型、情节串连板、流程图和网站地图,以表达功能和用户体验;
6. 与品牌和营销团队合作创建内容;
7. 能够在快节奏和需求不明晰的环境中工作.
岗位要求
3-5年端到端的产品设计经验;
低保真及高保真原型设计经验;
向包括高管在内的广大受众讲述用户故事,制作清晰简洁的演示文稿;
有系统观和大局观,能够针对不同项目、团队和系统对设计方案进行灵活调整;
团队精神:有与相关方能够充分沟通的能力;
有强大的时间管理技巧;
能够与产品经理及工程师团队密切合作;
有上线产品的成功经验;
有丰富的跨平台(移动互联网、Web、安卓、iOS以及Email)设计经验.
Responsibilities
1.Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers;
2.Design elegant flows & interactions for a global audience across platforms (web, mobile, and emails);
3.Clearly and concisely articulate design principles, prototypes, and presentations to influence senior consumer leaders including CMOs;
4. Give and solicit feedback from designers and cross-disciplinary partners;
5.Produce prototypes, storyboards, process flows and sitemaps to articulate functionality and user experience;
6. Work with the brand and marketing teams to create content;
7. Work in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity.
Requirements
1.3-5 years of experience with end-to-end product design;
2.Low-fi and hi-fi prototyping experiences;
3.Storytelling to wide audiences, including executives, and build clear, concise presentations;
4.An organized, systems thinker who can flex and operate to the needs of different projects, teams, and systems;
5.Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders;
6.Strong time-management skills;
7.A strong collaborator with product managers and engineers;
8.Have successfully shipped products;
9.Have cross-platform design experiences (Mobile Web, Desktop Web, Android, iOS, emails).
