岗位职责:
负责用户全生命周期管理(拉新、激活、留存、召回),结合平台数据,制定并执行用户运营策略,提升用户价值与交易转化率;
制定并完善用户生命周期内推送及触达任务的规划,不断丰富用户触达内容,完成对用户的精准推送。
策划并落地面向不同用户分层(新用户、核心、沉默等)的精准运营活动;
与产品、数据、技术、市场团队协同,推动用户转化漏斗优化
定期进行用户行为分析与用户分群,识别高潜/高价值用户,制定个性化运营策略;
跟踪活动效果,负责用户运营相关指标的提升;
关注行业及竞品动向,优化用户运营机制和活动策略;
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for managing the entire user lifecycle (acquisition, activation, retention, reactivation); formulate and execute user operation strategies based on platform data to improve user value and trading conversion rates.
Develop and optimize communication and engagement plans throughout the user lifecycle; continuously enrich user-facing content and execute targeted push notifications.
Plan and implement precise operational campaigns tailored to different user segments (e.g., new users, core users, inactive users).
Collaborate with product, data, tech, and marketing teams to drive improvements in the user conversion funnel.
Conduct regular user behavior analysis and segmentation to identify high-potential and high-value users, and design personalized operational strategies.
Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, and take ownership of improving key user operation metrics.
Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities to continuously optimize user operation mechanisms and campaign strategies.
