Senior Full Stack Developer / Technical Lead
Local Unit & Position Description
Are you ready to lead technical innovation and shape the architecture of next-generation digital platforms?
We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer who will also serve as a Technical Leader, playing a pivotal role in designing and implementing scalable, high-performance solutions across our global digital ecosystem.
DNV is undergoing a major digital transformation, and we are building a world-class full stack development team to accelerate this journey. You will be instrumental in architecting and delivering digital services that span the maritime, energy, oil & gas, and life sciences industries.
Key Responsibilities
• Act as a technical leader within a global product/project team, guiding architecture decisions and ensuring best practices in design and implementation.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and developers to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Design and implement robust, secure, and scalable web-based applications and APIs.
• Lead the technical design of new features and systems, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture.
• Identify technical debts and trace mitigations with the delivery manager/scrum master.
• Mentor and support junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Drive the adoption of modern development practices, tools, and technologies.
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and global accessibility.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and evaluate their potential for adoption.
Technology Stack
• Backend: C#.NET, ASP.NET MVC, Node.js
• Frontend: React.js, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS
• Databases: SQL (Azure), NoSQL, Graph DB, Redis
• Cloud & DevOps: Microsoft Azure, Azure DevOps, Git, Blob Storage, OAuth2/OpenID, Container technologies
• Tools: Visual Studio, VS Code
Qualifications & Experience
• 7+ years of experience as a full stack developer, with at least 2 years in technical leadership or architectural role.
• Proven experience designing and implementing complex, distributed systems.
• Strong expertise in C#.NET and modern frontend frameworks (React/Redux, Angular, or Vue).
• Experience working in Agile teams with global stakeholders using English as the primary language.
• Solid understanding of cloud-native development, especially on Microsoft Azure.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
