Responsible and provide the 7x24 monitoring services of all healthiness of global Infrastructure services, including network, firewall, server, storage, end point, data center facilities…etc
Perform the Level 1 & 2 support and handle the infrastructure incidents and operations
Responsible the daily IT Infrastructure operations & support including network, firewall, server, cloud, O365, end points patching/platform... etc.
Administrate and maintain the endpoint devices, including desktops, laptops, and mobile devices, using endpoint management tools such as Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Intune, JamfPro or similar tools.
Administrate and maintain user identities and access using Active Directory, Azure Active Directory and other identity management tools
Responsible for managing infrastructure incidents, SLA, uptime, service availability, root cause analysis with various infrastructure teams and vendors and take ownership for reporting regularly and escalation
Follow and implement processes for monitoring/alerting, escalation, systems maintenance and automation opportunities
Update and ensure that up-to-date technical documentation, procedure, policy and point of contact exists for all services provided
Ensure compliance with all Service Level Agreements
Follow the NOC policies, processes, procedures, and associated systems requirements and drive for implementation/enhancement
Perform job duties as assigned according to the Standard Operations Procedure (SOP) and ad-hoc activities assigned
Assist supervisor/manager in global infrastructure operations, support and monitoring
Requirements
A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems or equivalent experience.
1-3 years of related experience in enterprise infrastructure environments for End Point Management, essential infrastructure services, including implementation, support, documentation, and administration.
Solid experience in IT infrastructure operation and support functions, especially for End Point Management and patch management
Solid experience on end point management tool, such as SCCM and Intune, will be an advantage
Hands on experience and knowledge on End Point Management and Essential Infra services, such as AD, DNS, DHCP, Print and File
Knowledge on enterprise infrastructure and Endpoints including Windows, Mac and Mobile (IOS/Android).
Experience on Powershell scripting or any automation tools will be an advantage
Knowledge in troubleshooting & managing Windows and Mac desktop and mobile devices.
Sound knowledge on networking concepts such as firewalls, network segmentation, well-known ports for Internet protocols, IP addresses, traceroute and packet collections, DHCP and DNS.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Good communication skills as well as the ability to interact with internal customers independently
Proficient skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio.
Proactive and committed to work in a quality environment.
Strong sense of responsibility with good analytical skill, self-motivated and detail-minded.
Good communication skills, both verbal and written in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Ability to document detailed procedures and processes and share knowledge

2、执行1级和2级支持,处理基础设施事件和运营;
3、负责日常IT基础设施的运营和支持,包括网络,防火墙,服务器,云,0365,端点补丁/平台等;
4、使用微软EndpointManager、Intune、JamfPro等端点管理工具或类似工具管理和维护端点设备,包括台式机、笔记本电脑和移动设备;
5、使用ActiveDirectory、AzureActiveDirectory和其他身份管理工具管理和维护用户身份和访问;
6、负责管理基础设施事件,SLA,正常运行时间,服务可用性,与各种基础设施团队和供应商进行根本原因分析,并负责定期报告和上报;
7、跟踪和实施监控/报警、上报、系统维护和自动化机会的流程。
职位要求:
1、计算机科学、信息技术、信息系统等相关专业本科学历。
2、1-3年端点管理企业基础架构环境的相关经验,基本的基础架构服务,包括实施、支持、文档和管理。
3、在IT基础设施运营和支持功能方面有扎实的经验,特别是端点管理和补丁管理。
4、在终端管理工具,如SCCM和Intune方面有丰富经验者优先。
5、掌握端点管理和基础设施服务的经验和知识,如AD,DNS,DHCP,打印和文件。
6、熟悉企业基础设施和终端,包括Windows、Mac和移动设备 (IOS/Android)。
7、有Powershell脚本或任何自动化工具经验者优先。
8、熟悉Windows和Mac桌面和移动设备的故障排除和管理。良好的网络将念知识,如防火墙,网络分割,著名的因特网协议端口,LP地址,traceroute和数据包集合,DHCP和DNS。
9、较强的故障排除和解决问题的能力。良好的沟通能力以及独立与内部客户互动的能力。
10、熟练使用微软Word、Excel、PowerPoint和Visio软件。积极主动,致力于在优质的环境中工作。
11、英语、广东话和普通话的口头和书面表达能力能够记录详细的程序和流程并共享知识。
12、愿意倒班工作者优先。
