Job Responsibilities:
1. Implements full cycle SAP projects/ roll-outs / enhancements or change requests
2. Follow the full life cycle of project in areas of business process review, as-is analysis, gap analysis, blueprint preparation, functional specification, system design and configuration, testing and go-live support to drive and deliver end-to-end activities and SAP solution for implementation and roll-out projects
3. Closely work with clients in the selection, implementation, and production support of application-packaged solutions. E.g. S4HANA OP/Cloud ES/Cloud PCE
4. Leverage in-depth consulting skills, business knowledge, and packaged solution expertise to integrate packaged technology into the clients’ business environment effectively in order to achieve client expected business results
5. Sharing knowledge within the team and helping in building up competencies and/or improving the quality of deliverables
6. Effectively uses teamwork to contribute to a high morale/high-performance team culture, consulting attitude and strong personal integrity
7. Assist in the coordination and collaboration of external consultants (Customer & Suppliers) as well as internal team members.
8. Design practical, creative, conceptual technical solutions for business requirements balancing appropriate technology, cost and implementation timeline.
9. Complete other duties as required by the Manager from time to time
Job Requirements:
1. 5+years SAP FICO (AP, AR, GL, AA, PCA, PA, CCA, PC, IO) Implementation experience;
2. Good both Mandarin and English Communication Capability;
3. SAP FICO Hands-On experience should cover Parallel Accounting, Revenue Recognition, Material cost Evaluation and purchasing price variance handling, production order/service agreement/service order/project/internal order settlement and variance analysis, bank integration, Finance Report Consolidation etc.
4. Experience in Automobile industry.
5. Experience in S/4 Cloud and SAP Fiori is a plus.
6. Individual implementation experience for 3+ SAP projects.
