Job Responsibilities:
1. Be able to fully understand the business needs and pain points of clients, and combine them with the DataCloud products to formulate practical CRM/BI implementation strategies for clients.
2. Refine CRM/BI implementation details through project requirement documents and complete product configuration.
3. Maintain regular communication with clients during the project implementation phase and manage requirement changes.
4. Be responsible for client training after the project implementation is completed.
5. Keep abreast of industry trends, refine product requirements, and work together with the product and R&D teams to advance product evolution.
6. Be able to lead junior requirement consultants to complete talent development in the team.
7. Be responsible for other tasks assigned by the company.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above from a full-time regular university, majoring in computer science, mathematics, management, or related fields, with at least 7 years of relevant work experience.
2. Experience in serving foreign corporate clients, able to work in a full English-speaking environment.
3. Possess a good work attitude, quick learning ability, and excellent proposal writing and production skills, such as WORD, PPT, etc.
4. Willing to accept business challenges and able to work under pressure.
5. Willing to accept project-related business trips (short-term).
6. Priority given to those with experience in CRM/BI, customer service, or marketing in the retail industry.
7. Familiarity with the use of relational databases such as MySQL is preferred.
8. Experience in system configuration such as SAP, Siebel, etc., is preferred.
