What your daily work looks like:
1.Lead technical teams (Backend, frontend, QA), and develop technical standards and best practices
2. Responsible for architectural design and core function development of the company’s F&B software products, ensuring product quality and maintainability.
3. Develop R&D plans and manage the full cycle from requirement analysis to launch, including task breakdown, progress tracking, and technical oversight.
4. Coordinate cross-department and cross-regional resources to ensure efficient delivery of projects in Hong Kong and Southeast Asia.
5. Optimize processes and tools, promote agile transformation, and improve overall efficiency..
6. Mentor team members, support talent development, and enhance technical capabilities.
We are looking for someone with:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in computer-related majors
2. Experience in internet/software R&D project management; familiarity with F&B or retail industry is a plus.
3. Experience in cross-regional and multilingual project delivery is preferred.
4. 6+ years of software development experience, including 2+ years in R&D or project management
5. Proficiency in Java and mainstream frameworks (e.g., Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, MyBatis, Dubbo, ect.).
6. Understanding of distributed systems, high-performance & high-concurrency architecture, with experience in database optimization (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle).
7. Ability to lead a team of 10+ members independently with strong project planning and execution skills.
8. Excellent communication, coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills - Strong stress tolerance and adaptability to fast-paced, cross-regional collaboration environments
9. Communication skills in Chinese and English, Cantonese preferred.
