Test Engineer(J10736)

工作职责:

Develop and implement comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for software applications (web, mobile, or desktop) based on requirements and user stories.

Execute manual and automated tests (functional, integration, regression, performance, and usability) to validate product functionality, reliability, and performance.

Identify, document, and track defects using bug-tracking tools (e.g., JIRA), and collaborate with developers to ensure timely resolution.

Collaborate with product managers, developers, and designers to clarify requirements, provide testability feedback, and participate in agile ceremonies (sprints, stand-ups, retrospectives).

Maintain and update test documentation, including test plans, checklists, and test data, to ensure alignment with product updates.

Contribute to the improvement of testing processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency and coverage.

Support release cycles by verifying fixes, conducting final regression tests, and providing quality sign-off for production deployment.

Stay updated on industry trends, emerging testing tools, and best practices to continuously improve testing strategies.

任职资格:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.

2+ years of proven experience in software testing, with a strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and agile methodologies.

Proficiency in manual testing techniques; experience with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium, Cypress) is a plus.

Familiarity with bug-tracking systems (e.g., JIRA) and test management tools (e.g., TestRail, Zephyr).

Knowledge of testing types: functional, regression, integration, performance, and usability.

Ability to analyze requirements, identify test scenarios, and prioritize testing activities in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a proactive approach to identifying potential issues.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with programming/scripting languages (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript).

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).

Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and testing in cloud environments.

Certification in software testing (e.g., ISTQB) is a plus.
