Introduction of service scope/deliverables
• Reporting to the Testing Lead.
• Create test plan for projects.
• Coordinate functional testing in accordance with test plan.
• Manage and maintain the test management tool.
• Conduct and execute testing activities.
• Functional / Business testing activities include:
Test conditions, test cases design & traceability.
Test data preparation.
Test execution, result verification and documentation.
Defect analysis and resolution management.
Daily and Weekly status reporting, etc.
Join progress update meeting and provide update of the test progress.
Introduction of qualifications/ requirements
• At least 2 years of experiences in software and/or process testing.
• Experience in design, preparation and execution of test cases.
• Experience in test case management and defect tracking.
• Good understanding of testing methodology and best practices.
• Experience in automation testing is a plus.
• Knowledge in Confluence & JIRA and testing tools is an advantage.
• Good analytical and problem solving skills.
• Good coordination, communication, documentation and interpersonal skills.
• Good written and reading in English.
Mandatory skill sets (in order of priority)
1) Test cases design and execution
2) Analytic mindset to review and analyse project documentation for testing preparation
3) Testing management knowledge to ensure traceability and good coverage
4) Understanding of software development SDLC
5) Experience in agile & waterfall model
Preferable skill sets (in order of priority)
1) Experience in using Jira to manage test cases, result and communicate with developer
2) Experience in test automation
