要求
·熟悉零售业，精通初级系统架构，包括但不限于移动应用程序、迷你程序、服务器端程序、大数据系统及其相应数据分析系统等客户端应用程序。
·具有设计或开发与营销相关的系统的经验，熟悉事件跟踪系统、推送通知系统、CRM系统和客户资料系统。
· 具有设计高性能、高并发和高度可用的分布式系统的经验。精通 RPC、缓存、消息队列、负载均衡、分布式事务等技术，并能够进行系统调优和优化。

Key Responsibilities:
• Data-Driven System Design & Strategy: Spearhead architectural designs that innovatively integrate A/B testing methodologies, ensuring scalability, performance optimization, and long-term sustainability while balancing costs effectively.
• Cross-functional Synergy for A/B Testing Excellence: Collaborate closely with data scientists, product managers, and development teams to transform business objectives into sophisticated A/B testing frameworks and technical implementations, fostering alignment and cohesion throughout the organization.
• Innovative Technology Integration: Continuously evaluate and incorporate cutting-edge technologies to elevate our A/B testing platform's capabilities, enhancing data processing, security, and operational efficiency.
• Leadership in A/B Testing Project Execution: Assume a pivotal leadership role from project conception to delivery, offering technical guidance, navigating complex challenges, and upholding architectural and operational excellence standards.
• Risk Management & Regulatory Compliance for Data Platforms: Anticipate and mitigate risks associated with data handling, privacy, and system designs, ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulatory mandates for data-driven applications.
Requirements
• Familiar with the retail industry and versed in primary system architectures, encompassing but not limited to client applications such as mobile Apps, mini-programs, server-side programs, big data systems, and their corresponding data analysis systems.
• Possesses experience in designing or developing systems related to marketing, knowledgeable about event tracking systems, push notification systems, CRM systems, and customer profiling systems, among others.
• Experienced in designing high-performance, high-concurrency, and highly available distributed systems. Well-versed in technologies like RPC, caching, message queues, load balancing, distributed transactions, and capable of system tuning and optimization.
• Proficient in SpringBoot framework and possesses hands-on experience in developing microservices using SpringCloud. Deep understanding of microservice principles and operational mechanisms.
• Demonstrates project management skills, able to identify optimal system solutions in complex environments and drive team execution for successful implementation.
