·资格
o商业相关或量化领域(统计学、数学、工程学、计算机或类似学科)的学士或硕士学位
·经验
o5年以上商业分析经验,包括2年实验(ab测试)分析经验
·技术技能
Python/R程序设计语言
o任何其他预测或数据分析平台经验
·软技能
o有较强的独立或团队解决问题的能力,了解业务驱动因素
o优秀的中英文口头或书面表达能力
o已证明有能力在快节奏、优先事项不断变化、缺乏指导的环境中工作
Responsibilities
• Communicate with business partners to understand business needs, define proper analytical approaches to address their needs.
• Analyze Nike’s large and rich datasets, drive insights from data to diagnose the root cause behind trends and ultimately improve our user experience and marketing efficiency.
• Conducting measurements of A/B experiments and performing subsequent analysis.
Requirements
• Qualification
o B.S. or M.S. in business-related or quantitative field (statistics, mathematics, engineering, cs or similar discipline)
• Experience
o 5+ years of experience in business analytics incl. 2 years of experience in experimentation (ab testing) analytics
• Technical skills
o Python/R programming language
o Any other forecasting or data analytical platform experience
• Soft skills
o Strong problem solving individually or in a group setting and knowledge of drivers of the business
o Excellent verbal or written communication skills in English and Chinese
o Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and lack of guidance
