·管理数据收集、数据存储和数据分析活动,确保数据的准确性、完整性和安全性。
·分析数据,识别可用于改善业务绩效的趋势、模式和见解。
·与跨职能团队合作,了解业务需求,设计满足这些需求的解决方案。
·开发和维护数据基础和报告,向利益相关者传达数据洞察力。
确保遵守数据隐私和数据保护法规。
要求:
·计算机、数学、统计或相关专业的学士或硕士学位。
·至少5年的数据分析经验
·精通SQL
·具有较强的分析能力,具备分析复杂数据集的能力。
·对数据隐私和数据保护法规有良好的理解。
·对市场数据和数据产品有较好的理解
·有较强的沟通能力(也需要使用英语)和团队合作能力。
·英语流利
优先资格:
·了解媒体行业发展趋势、市场动态和消费者行为。
熟悉基于云的数据存储和数据分析平台,如AWS、阿里云等。
·熟悉ETL(提取、转换、加载)流程和工具。

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement data analytics strategies, especially based first party big data, to support marketing and business objectives and enhance data-driven decision-making processes.
• Manage data collection, data storage, and data analysis activities to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and security.
• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can be used to improve business performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and design solutions to meet those requirements.
• Develop and maintain data foundation and reports to communicate data insights to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and data protection regulations.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in data analytics
• Proficient in SQL
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets.
• Good understanding of data privacy and data protection regulations.
• Good understanding of marketplace data and data product
• Strong communication skills (also need to use English) and the ability to work in a team environment.
• Fluent in English
Preferred qualifications:
• Knowledge of media industry trends, market dynamics, and consumer behavior.
• Familiarity with cloud-based data storage and data analytics platforms such as AWS, Ali-Cloud, etc.
• Familiarity with ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes and tools.
• Familiarity with R/python
