1.至少有使用单片机系统框架的经验，例如MCS-51、恩智浦、飞思卡尔或ST CORTEX-MO、CORTEX-M3、CORTEX M4、 ARM7 等。
2.具有理解电路图的能力，具备模拟电路和数字电路基础知识。
3.专业C/C++程序设计语言，汇编语言优先。
4.优秀的调试、解决问题和分析能力。
5.擅长常用接口协议:12C、SPI、USART/UART、USB、CAN、以太网、MMC/SDIO等。
6.熟悉模拟信号的采集、信号处理算法和固件的实现方法。
7.EDFA设计开发经验者优先。
8.优秀的英语沟通能力，能与全球团队合作，可能需要国际客户支持

JOB SUMMARY:
Jabil is looking for Firmware Designer to become part of its team. As a Firmware Designer you will be responsible for new amplifier designs and cost reduction of the existing amplifier designs mainly.
In addition, you also will be responsible for product verification and interact with senior engineers of other Jabil organizations, account primes, and customers.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES：
1.Review specification and generate firmware requirement.
2.Design and develop the firmware for amplifier and other relevant products.
3.Generate, review and release firmware related documents, like detailed design, test case and report
4.Work with hardware, optical and other relevant engineers to test, debug and validate the integrated system
5.Provide technical support, resolve design and in-filed issues.
6.Other tasks which are assigned by supervisor
MANAGEMENT & SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES：
Typically reports to Management. Direct supervisor job title(s) typically include: Manager of Engineering
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS：
1.At least experience with one of the MCU system framework, ex. MCS-51, NXP, Freescale or ST CORTEX-MO, CORTEX-M3, CORTEX-M4, ARM7 etc.
2.Having the ability to understand circuit diagram, knowledge of analog circuit and digital circuit basis.
3.Professional in C/C++ programming language required, assembly language is a plus.
4.Excellent debugging, problem solving, and analytical skills.
5.Good at the commonly used interface protocols: 12C, SPI, USART/UART, USB, CAN, Ethernet,MMC/SDIO etc.
6.Familiar with the analog signal acquisition, signal processing algorithms and the firmware implementation method.
7.EDFA design and development experience is preferred.
8.Excellent communications skills in English, can work with team in global, international customer support may be required
9.Can be self-motivated, responsible, proactive, good communication skills, good team cooperation spirit, the development of rigorous attitude, strong learning ability.
EDUCATION&EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
1.BS or above degree in optical, computer, electronics, communication, electricity or auto control engineering related area.
2.Minimum of 5 years in optical communication is preferred.
