资格

2.5年以上产品设计经验,有强大的作品集展示您的作品。
3.熟练使用Sketch、Figma和Adobe Creative Suite等设计工具,以及Axure、 InVision 或Marvel等原型设计工具。
4.对以用户为中心的设计原则和最佳实践有扎实的理解。
5.优秀的英语沟通和表达能力,能够向利益相关者阐述设计理念和原理。
6.具有为各种平台(网络、移动等)进行设计的经验,并了解响应式设计。
7.有较强的解决问题能力和对细节的关注。
能力
1.能够独立工作,在确定的时间范围内完成分配的任务。
2.熟练使用Adobe、UX设计工具、Google Suite、微软Word、PowerPoint和Excel。

1.Lead the design process from concept to final implementation, ensuring a high level of quality and consistency.
2.Collaborate with product leaders and engineers to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.
3.Manage and organize feature list.
4.Conduct user research and gather insights to inform design decisions.
5.Create PRD, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design ideas.
6.Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure a cohesive user experience across all products.
7.Create feature guides/ articles for customers.
8.Mentor and guide junior designers, providing feedback and fostering a collaborative team environment.
9.Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, and incorporate them into your work.
10.Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
Qualifications
1.Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction,Information Technology and Services,Computer Software/ Hardware or a related field.
2.5+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
3.Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools like Axure, InVision or Marvel.
4.Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
5.Excellent English communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders.
6.Experience with designing for various platforms (web, mobile, etc.) and understanding of responsive design.
7.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Competencies
1.Ability to work independently and complete assigned tasks within identified timeframes.
