Position Details:
1.Manage monitoring and alert handling tools.
2.Construct a new monitoring environment for each product.
3.Improvement of service performance and latency.
4.Operation & maintenance support.
5.Production support (on-call).
6.Troubleshooting of service in the trouble.
Mandatory Qualifications:
1.More than three years of SRE experience.
2.Knowledge of modern monitoring tools knowledge.
3.Experience in constructing and managing a monitoring environment like Kibana ELK stack.
4.Proficiency in one or more of the following: Go, Python, C, C++, Java, Rust, Perl, Ruby or shell script.
5.Experience in constructing and managing k8s environment.
6.Experience with UNIX operating systems internals and/or network.
7.Experience with CI/CD tools (ex. Jenkins, CircleCI).
8.Experience in automation and configuration management using Chef, Ansible, Terraform.
Desired Qualifications:
1.Experience with Public Cloud (GCP / AWS / Azure).
2.Good communication and collaborative mindset to promote discussion and development with the team.
3.Experience in working which requires knowledge of IP network systems and protocols.
4.Web application development experience.
5.Software Engineer for Test Experience.
6.Experience in working with cross-cultural global teams in different locations.
7.Proficient level English skills.
8.Japanese skills: Basic reading and writing.
