This role will be reporting to the Head of AI Strategy and Adoption and sitting within the CDO office of the bank, is critical in driving AI adoption and enablement across the bank functions. The aim of this role is to deploy as one of the members of the Function Squads that will be focused on FinCrime. We will augment with resources from the partners.
Responsibilities：
• Delivering, building and maintaining the Data Driven solutions that are core to Group Operations strategy.
• Provide thought leadership in data science techniques and business applications to unlock the value of SCB’s data sets and external information.
• Continually look at the environment to challenge our assumptions around new sources of data, potential analytics partners, tools, talent and infrastructure.
• Engage with internal clients to improve delivery of analytic projects.
• Explore leading methodologies and best practices and importing successful methodologies from international markets.
• Work with senior management to develop and refine the bank's AI strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
• Identify and prioritize AI use cases that have the potential to deliver significant business value.
• Develop business cases for AI projects, including cost-benefit analysis, risk assessment, and ROI estimation
Qualifications：
• Responsible for building applications with modern architecture design with RESTful web services / APIs.
• Responsible for building web-based applications.
• Hands-on experience with Windows Server, Azure, AWS and Git
• Develops and maintains scalable data pipelines and builds out new API integrations to support continuing increases in data volume and complexity.
• Strong working knowledge of Python.
• Accountable for supporting applications in production - analyse and resolve issues as they arise.
• Good experience with Business Intelligence tools and Decision Support Systems.
• Strong data analysis skills using Hive, Spark, R, Python, Dremio, MicroStrategy or Tableau.
• Experience in working with key stakeholders within the business.
• Proven problem-solving skills.
