Responsibility
1.Conducting market research and defining a clear acquisition strategy and roadmap for responsible markets;
2.Driving the Car Rental supplier acquisition in accordance with the business plan set out by the head of BD;
3.Establishment and maintenance of client relations for better coverage, products, pricing and profitable growth;
4.Preparing and making sure the accuracy of car rental product information for the operation team;
5.Implementation of related reporting both internally and externally;
6.Participation in the planning of the product and customer strategy in cooperation with internal and cross-department teams.
7.Preparing and implementation of acquisition prioritization in accordance with the strategic targets;
8.Coordinating and leading a BD sub-team;
9.Building up and maintaining market intelligence knowhow in the area of Car Rental B2B and B2C business;
Requirement
1. 3 years related experience in Business Development, travel industry/OTA experience highly preferred, especially in global car rental;
2.Experienced in handling the relationship with local Chinese and international supplier representatives, have good connection and network with global Car Rental suppliers;
3.strong commercial acumen and business judgement; comfortable managing conflicts while maintaining relationships;
4.a self-starter skilled at navigating ambiguity and uncertainties;
5.ready for a fast-paced environment; highly adaptable;
6.Familiarity with car rental or travel industry/OTA is preferred;
7.Fluent English & Mandarin communication skills;
8.Occasional travel required
