Responsibilities:
Design and optimize test fixtures in partnership with the Fixture Design Lead and Station DRI to meet test coverage requirements.
Conduct and communicate DFM feedback between the CM, vendor and Fixture Design Lead.
Support mechanical OQC during the vendor design and build phase
Verify mechanical functionality and maintenance of the test station.
Create Radars to track all mechanical design, de-bug and DFM issues with unfamiliar station.
Root cause investigation results with failure rate, symptoms.
Requirements
Bachelor or above
Fluent English in speaking, listening, reading and writing.
Proficient in MCAD tools for designing and evaluating 3D & 2D MCAD.
Experience with mechanical tolerance analysis, GD&T, mechanical fabrication methods and mechanical design of fixtures and mechanisms
Experience with mechanical control systems is desirable.
Ability to travel.
