Requirements
Bachelor degree in technical domain (e.g. mechanical engineering, mechatronics, electrical engineering, physics, laser and optics).
Experienced in a technical production environment.
Responsibilities
Solutioning / 2nd line support
Contributes to the solution of faults and takes the necessary initiatives and practical decisions to ensure zero repeat.
Solves technical and process problems within own focus area structurally (e.g. module).
New Product Introduction
Contributes to New Product Introduction by applying knowledge in product or process development projects; foresees problems in the production process in the design phase and improves the manufacturability of the product.
Engineering
Understands engineering problems related to own tasks, follows learned patterns and proposes solutions to problems.
Undertakes well-defined technical assignments. Contributes to design standards and engineering specifications. Assists in the design, operation and maintenance of equipment, tools and methods. Services in diagnosing and correcting technical problems.
Maintenance
Maintains, validates, provides up-to-date procedures, processes (work preparation) and blueprints/sequences for Factory execution.
Stakeholder Management
Represents manufacturing in D&E/PGP, ensuring an efficient NPI process.
Communication at work center level with own module TS,CS,ME,SCE engineers.
Own level and 1 level higher with (non) Factory departments (engineers, PL).

- 对维修后的板卡进行功能与性能测试，确保其达到出厂标准。
- 整理维修案例，输出详细故障分析报告，形成知识库，为产品质量改进提供支持。
二、任职要求
- 英语具备基本的听说读写能力
- 从事电子硬件相关行业优先
- 本科及以上学历，电子、电气、自动化等相关专业优先。
- 具备强烈的责任心和事业心，良好的学习能力和抗压能力，能高效处理批量维修任务。
- 精通返修、SMT焊接工艺，能独立完成高密度板卡的焊接作业。
- 熟练掌握示波器、万用表等工具的使用，具备扎实的电路分析能力，能阅读原理图和PCB布局图。
