Main Purpose of this role: summary
Develop category growing strategy in retail in terms of category definition, vision, drivers, key J2BD, Channel and Geo priority, category value creation trade selling story
Lead category operation excellence and dynamic resource management to ensure top line business delivery
1. Category Definition & Priority
-Lead shopper insight into category development agenda (use more, more usage and more user)
-Develop product RTM strategy with RTM team and deploy with regional COM
-Work with Channel team to develop 6P from category lens fit into channel scope
2. Category S&OP / Promotion & Baseline including TTS, GM Mix
- Take full responsibility of volume forecast and delivery and resource allocation with dynamic management
- Delivery S&OP and P&L via trade spending management (necessary BMI in CDP)
- Work with MKT to develop category/brand activation
- Close work with K/RCOM to localization / customize the national category plan
3. Category Innovation
- Work with mkt on innovation deployment team to fulfill category demand space
4. Drive category RTM agenda
- Drive category geo-expansion agenda with RTM understanding and co-work with field sales team
- Facilitate dynamic resource allocation to maximize business plan
Requirements:
- prefer RT, esp. DT experience, with comprehensive RTM expertise, better with DT management experience
- 3 years FMCG working experience
- Good communication and business sense
