Position Responsibilities:
1. Design and development of mechanical products and engineering equipment.
2. Responsible for the full lifecycle including proposal formulation, selection and calculation of key components, 3D modeling and stress analysis, drafting drawings, prototype trial production and testing tracking, and usage research.
3. Improvement of existing products. Responsible for investigating and analyzing production failures and defects, proposing design improvement solutions, and implementing them promptly.
4. Utilize mechanical automation expertise to formulate and optimize product process workflows, making products more suitable for automated production lines.
5. Research and promote new manufacturing methods and technologies.
Job Requirements:
1. Proficient in SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and other 3D/2D drafting software.
2. Skilled in using FEA (Finite Element Analysis) software or modules for mechanical analysis.
3. Practical experience in mechanical product design.
4. Experience in non-standard automation design.
5.Familiar with the selection and calculation of common mechanical components.
6. Possess knowledge of machining processes and materials.
7. Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite software.
8. English can be used as working language.
