1. 2 years+ CRM system support or data analysis experience
2. Familiar with CRM related module and process
3. Experience with database operation like SQL server/Mysql
4. Familiar with SQL
5. Experience with auto industry will be plus
6. Good report/dashboard skill
7. Good communication and cooperation skill
8. Fluent oral English is a plus
