Job Description:
● Develop and maintain dashboards, reports to support decision-making.
● Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and provide data-driven recommendations to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning initiatives.
● Work with large datasets, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial and operational data.
● Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track business performance.
Job Requirements:
● Bachelor’s degree or above.
● 8+ years of experience in business analytics, financial analysis, or a similar role, preferably in banking or financial services. Hands on experience with multiple data analytics is required.
● Strong proficiency in Excel, SQL, and financial modeling, experience with business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker. Knowledge of Python, R, or VBA for data analysis is a plus.
● Ability to interpret complex data sets and generate strategic insights.
● Understanding of payments, insurance and other financial products is highly desirable.
● Fluent business communication in English and Mandarin.
