主要职责 Major Responsibilities
Generate and implement test plan based on project requirement
Test resource allocation such as manpower and test platform
Risk management and mitigation
Monitor overall test plan implementation progress and propose adjustment if necessary to meet project target
Monitor debug process in consultation with developers and communicate with relevant counterparts
Regular evaluation and report to line managers on bug finding and testing result
Coaching testers to create qualified tickets with refined description and meaningful attachments
能力及技能Competences and Capability & Skills
Knowledge in test management (time management / planning / monitoring) Expected knowledge includes software development process, testing methods as well as software quality management. Cross function working experience.
Familiar with Automotive EE & Infotainment functions such as Navigation, Speech, V2X, Smart Access, etc.
acquainted with automotive E/E architecture, ECU, Bus communication
Familiar with the automotive test and problem management tools e.g. ALM, JIRA or similar tooling.
Microsoft Office skills (WORD / EXCEL / POWERPOINT / PROJECT)
Excellent language skills in English (written and oral) mandatory
Communication, presentation, reporting and team player skills.
