需要候选人有比较多的保险系统和与业务对接的经验，PL/SQL 技术;
要求沟通能力比较好，保险背景
英语读写流利，口语加分；
精通Oracle数据库及PL/SQL开发，具备丰富的数据库设计与性能调优经验；
有保险公司核心系统开发经验者优先；熟悉企业级开发流程；
Key Responsibilities:
• Participate in the development, maintenance, and optimization of insurance-related systems to ensure stability and meet business requirements.
• Communicate directly with business teams to understand processes and translate them into actionable technical solutions.
• Follow company development procedures for project management and delivery, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
• Handle database development and maintenance, optimize SQL performance, and support system integration and data processing.
• Assist in writing documentation, including design documents, user manuals, and technical specifications.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, data science or related field preferred
• Proficient in Oracle database and PL/SQL development, with strong experience in database design and performance tuning. Experience in developing core systems for insurance companies is preferred.
• Strong cross-functional communication skills; able to proactively engage with business teams, accurately capture requirements, and translate them into technical solutions.
• Clear and effective in presenting technical ideas to facilitate collaboration between business and technology teams.
• Familiar with enterprise-level development processes
我们这边岗位是三方岗位，是外派到AIA友邦保险，常年驻场在友邦工作的，工作地点是在成都高新区天府四街OCG。AIA友邦保险是外资上市公司，总部在香港，在内地主要有4个研发中心（北京、广州、上海和成都），成都这边目前有700-800的研发人员（正编和外包占比大概2:8的样子）；
我们慧博云通公司跟友邦的合作都是长久稳定的，公司员工外派到友邦那边，跟友邦的正岗没有太大差别，员工工牌、负责项目、代码权限都一样的，另外团建，培训都和正式员工没差别。另外因为友邦是外企，所以工作强度不大，工作时间一天7.5小时，很少加班，双休。即使出现了加班情况也会有加班补贴。
工作比较稳定，各个项目组5-10年员工占比50%，外包员工入职1-2年后，有20%的机会转入到正编，每年都有表现比较好的员工转到正编岗位。
