工作职责
1 .Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback2.Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases3.Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities
4.Design, develop and execute automation scripts5.ldentify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs as well as identify and recommend resolution to testing errors6.Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved
7.Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs8.Liaise with internal teams (e.g. developers and product managers) to identify system requirements
9.Monitor debugging process results
10.Investigate the causes of non-conforming software and train users to implement solutions1 1.Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies

13.Defect Management

任职资格：
Proven work experience in big data testing
Proven work experience in big data quality assurance
Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes
Experience in writing Test strategy and Test Plan ( applicable for Test Leads)
Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases
*Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing
*Hands-on experience with automated testing tools
Solid knowledge of SQL, data warehousing concepts.
*Linux/ java programming skill for automation of the test cases
Exposure to Security ,Memory testing experience in big data
Strong understanding of Azure technology stack, SQL, Python, Spark
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
Experience with performance and/or security testing is a plus
*Knowledge in HP ALM defect management tool
Knowledge in CA workload automation is preferable

Education and experience
* Bachelor's degree preferably in Operations Management, Business or Data/Engineering related coursesRecognized qualification in Project Management helpful
